Alasdair Cameron
Alasdair is a highly experienced principal power systems engineer with over ten years across consulting, EPCs, OEMs, and project developers. He has independently led projects through the full NEM connection process — including negotiating with NSPs and AEMO, investigating and resolving OEM model issues, developing power system models, supporting engineering teams through detailed design, and leading R2 Hold Point testing and model validation.
Andrew Tran
Andrew is an experienced principal power systems engineer with a background spanning consulting, developer-side, and system operator-facing roles in the NEM. He has managed connection application packages end-to-end, developed automated study workflows, conducted power quality assessments, and led grid connection due diligence through to offer to connect.
TC Power Consulting was founded on the view that the NEM grid connection process rewards depth of expertise and continuity of engagement. We keep our client load deliberately selective so that each project receives direct senior attention from start to finish, without being handed off to junior staff at critical milestones. Both directors have worked on the developer side of the table as well as in consulting, giving us a practical understanding of what project teams actually need: clear technical advice, realistic timelines, and commercially-minded engagement with AEMO and NSPs.
